Yoga for Life
An Introduction to Patanjali’s Yamas and Niyamas
Filmed on the beautiful Lake Atitlan in Guatemala
A self-paced online course exploring yoga on and off the mat
I’m so happy to finally share Yoga for Life with you - a course that’s been quietly living in my heart for some time.
Rooted in the Yamas and Niyamas (the ethical foundations of yoga), this course blends accessible movement with gentle philosophical reflection. Whether you’re familiar with these teachings or have never heard of them, you’re welcome here. You don’t need any background in yoga philosophy - just an open mind and a little space to reconnect with yourself.
This course is especially for people with full and busy lives—those who want to pause for a few moments, return to their breath, and feel more grounded.
