What is important to me?

  • Authenticity

I try to show up as my real, imperfect self - always learning. Yoga is about being present, whether you’re laughing, crying, or wobbling in a pose. We’re all human, we’re all in this together.

  • Compassion

My journey with compassion began by learning to be kind to myself. I’m still working on it. We’re often really hard on ourselves, I hope to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and at ease in your body.

  • Trust

Yoga has taught me to trust myself, my body and the process. In class, I invite you to do the same. Listen to your body, trust where you are, and remember you have the strength to face whatever comes - whether it’s 10 breaths in dolphin pose or a tough moment in life.

How can we work together?

  • Find me at Hot Dog Yoga in Double Bay 6.30AM Monday.

Check my Instagram for other covers and pop ups.

  • Have specific yoga goals or injuries and would like to work together 1:1, I’d love the hear from you! Send me a note and lets get started!

    Rates starting from $120/hour.

  • Working in the private sector, I know yoga and mindfulness practices can transform the office and help people to bring their full selves to work.

Let me work with you to design the perfect corporate package. This can be on-going courses or one-off events

  • My friends and I often complain our social events are always centred around food or drinking. Well, I’m creating events for friends to catch up, do some yoga, connect and of course, eat and drink. My events are totally customisable.

Yoga Picnics. Yoga and Wine nights.

    Parent’s Groups. Hens.

    Wedding Day Yoga.

We will work together to create the best event for you.
